Our groups are in Ontario only and only got back to offering in person just over a year ago. Yes, all of that too! I’m sorry for the heartache such a loss brings you. It’s okay to meltdown though. Healing requires grieving and sometimes grief appears in the form of meltdowns. 💛

I’m gutted every time I hear of another loss there.
I used to hear this more often in the support groups I facilitate however we offer an online group now set up specifically for bereaved non-birthing parents in Ontario. If in Ontario 🇨🇦please reach out to pailnetwork.ca to join the group. There is no cost to families in Ontario. 💛

I live in Ontario and there is support for bereaved parents of all ages. Is your mom in Canada? I had a woman attend my support group who suffered her loss over 30 years ago. 💛
