Not only does he look a lot older but his drumming starts going downhill pretty rapidly. His playing on the album 'Who Are You' is noticeably poorer. Sad.
Keith was the reason I started playing drums. (I imagine this is true for many, many drummers.)

His whole life has been one last straw after another.
As a Canadian teen I was a knee-jerk Anti-American. Then I toured the States a couple of times, met a bunch of great Yanks, and my Anti-Americanism mellowed and eventually disappeared. Imagine my surprise in 2016 when I discovered my teenage self was right all along.
