Depressing to see Guardian claim that 3:4 ppl suffer burnout and implying that anyone suffering fatigue probably has that. Because fatigue cannot ever be #LongCovid, can it? Oh, and the only UK source cited says 1:3 UK adults have suffered high stress levels last year (bad, but not 75% burnout).
The only UK source you cite says that 33% of adults have suffered high stress levels past 12 months. 75% burnout figure seems fact-free. Sure, stress can cause fatigue, but so do #LongCovid and ME/CFS. Implying that constant fatigue is the norm and probably caused by stress is dangerous.
As I've said many times before on this platform, the moment I decided that I was going to avoid infection with SARS-CoV-2 was the moment I read that acute Covid-19 could cause both cognitive dysfunction and anosmia.

This is a generation born after lockdowns. In recent years your paper kept blaming similar (slightly less bad) figures on lockdowns. What about now acknowledging that this was wrong?
Remember how in recent years, the media blamed lockdowns for lack of school readiness in UK when those reports came out? Now, figures are even worse in kids born after lockdowns, yet no admission that media had been wrong!
