I disagree. Satoshi was pseudo-privacy inclined. Remember in his notes, he mentions the pseudoanonymity provided by bitcoin. Public keys are exactly that public, it is the holder of the private key that is pseudoanonymous not the value held which is onchain and fosters global transparency.
