Yes, it's a fun one to prove but only applicable to a situation where a triangle has 3 concurrent cevians! Ceva's theorem - Wikipedia share.google/i3XFwvJKKEeS...
I used same-height triangles to label areas of the triangles in terms of x, and then I applied Ceva’s theorem:

I found out that if you have four adjacent Fibonacci numbers e,f,g,h then eh and 2fg are two elements of a Pythagorean triple.
1,1,2,3 - 3 and 4
1,2,3,5 - 5 and 12
2,3,5,8 - 16 and 30
I am teaching calculus for the 3rd year, and would also love to access your warmup questions if you are willing to share!

Back on Twitter, my most viewed tweet was a link to my "math pep talk"—a video I made for my students that now has 23K views 👀

There's a lot to expand on in that video, like structural barriers to success in math. But I'm sharing it again anyway.

I turned my most boring math lesson into one of my most engaging ones. Here's how:

Great wonder and exploration here! There's so much fun to have with quadratics; here are just a few nonroutine problems I put into Desmos folders 📂:
