I can't find the source for it annoyingly, but they talk about it on the eBay forums in reference to the changes a lot. I think it might be that items listed pre-Dec 13 were just meant to be compliant with the old 2005 GPSD instead (which I never knew about until right now, so whoops)

I'm not 100% clued up on the GSPR stuff, but I was under the impression that items that were "on the market" pre-Dec 13th were exempt from the changes. So I would think you could still ship things like this. I do a monthly subscription and I'm hoping that will get me around having to cancel EU subs
