Heya! I've been following your art for a while as a fellow Buizel enjoyer, but I haven't had a chance to join any of the prior art raffles because I don't have a proper Pokemon OC yet 😅 but I'll put forward my character. He's short, orange, and blue, but he's a red panda, so maybe good for practice
