of course the true lifeblood of the city are people in their fifties who live in bearsden and drive into the city centre twice a year
Peter Shilton. I just replied to a tweet of his with this photo.
John Cleese once blocked me because I said he looks like a sun-dried tomato that overstayed its welcome in the reduced section of Sainsbury's.

I first met my wife at Queen St but for the first few years of our relationship Central was the place that meant I got to see her or had to say goodbye. Meeting pals under the clock. Heading off to London for something fun. Arriving in Central is arriving home.
Like a lot of folk Iβve been a bit emotional about this. Every Glaswegian is a bit tired of fires gutting our cityβs history but Central is the heart of the city, if somethingβs happened to it a lot of us will feel genuine grief
hey look a fun history lesson!
Cartoon of a man standing look through a window from the outside. He wears a t-shirt that reads "sickos". A speech bubble reads "yes... ha ha ha... yes!"

Really think colours need to be changed up a bit now. Very similar shade for Greens (E&W), Scottish Greens and SDLP and then a similar shade for Plaid Cymru and Sinn Fein is an accessibility nightmare
Between Brewdog, Labour and Dubai eating it, a very specific type of guy is having the worst time and they absolutely deserve it.

Most people's reaction to Hannah Spencer is:
- She seems nice
- She is talking sense
- A plumber? Cool
- Nice coat / hair / dog
Columnists and politicians telling us that she's some radical left fanatic honestly makes them sound like they're frothing at the mouth. Arses out all over the place.

"Peace in the Middle East No more forever war" Lionel Hutz edits it to say "Peace in the Middle East? No, more forever war!"
Picture of Marjane Satrapi alongside a quote from her. The quote reads: The world is not divided into countries. The world is not divided between East and West. You are American, I am Iranian, we don't know each other, but we talk together and we understand each other perfectly. The difference between you and your government is much bigger than the difference between you and me. And the difference between me and my government is much bigger than the difference between me and you. And our governments are very much the same... - Marjane Satrapi, Iranian-French graphic novelist
Thinking about this quote from Persepolis creator Marjane Satrapi again.
βA vote to punish a sitting government for its foreign policy, the cost of living and a domestic reactionary turn, or against a party whose leader has vowed to create a βBritish ICEβ, isnβt sectarian voting. Itβs just voting.β
