I know some of my friends will be cheering for their favorite NY or NJ NHL team, while also watching the MAAC quarterfinal match.

The MAAC Tournament will feature a quarterfinal basketball match between Mount St. Mary's versus Siena at the wonderful Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in amazing Atlantic City, New Jersey at 8:30 PM.

This tournament is pivotal because it determines the teams that will represent the conference in the coming NCAA tournament.

Let's talk about the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) basketball tournament held annually in Atlantic City, New Jersey since 2020.

What a super hospitable and greatly organized tournament!

For the NHL hockey, Washington Capitals plays against Boston Bruins.

Then later today, it's New York versus New Jersey.

Also, the Philadelphia 76ers play against Atlanta Hawks.

The prime-time game is Golden State Warriors vs. Oklahoma City Thunder.

Later we have, Los Angeles Clippers taking on Memphis Grizzlies.

Then we have, Brooklyn Nets versus Detroit Pistons.

For NBA action, it's Orlando Magic playing against Minnesota Timberwolves.

Today is sports matchup galore with lots of interesting games scheduled.

This coming Tuesday, March 10th, will be Primary Election Day for Mississippi, and Georgia.

⭐We're counting on our wonderful friends in Georgia, and Mississippi to get out and 🗳️vote.

It's a marathon and not a sprint, so we have more primaries to come in other states in the union.

Thank you to all those who voted or helped someone get to the polls to vote in the North Carolina, Texas, and Arkansas primary elections!

Please do remember that Early voting, and Mail-in voting are still popular ways to vote during the Primaries.
⭐These options are also available in many states.
⭐ You're encouraged to vote early if you think the lines will be long or you might be busy on your state's Primary Election Day.

So if you don't want your choice nullified, you need to vote for:
⭐who you want in office
⭐and what ballot measures are important to you.

Most importantly, even though some are unsure which way they want to vote, one thing they're sure about is that if they don't vote, someone else will determine the election results.

On a lighter note, let's talk about the fun or cooler things about voting.

Every Election Day, there are the heroes who slide into the short or long line at the last possible second — sometimes literally running.

Also as other states hold their primaries in the next weeks and months, there may be recounts if the election results are statistically too close to call.

In addition to the other states primaries, there may be runoff elections scheduled if there isn't an outright winner in any state's election results.

One thing for sure is that the primary election season has just begun, and more states will have their time to cast their ballots in the coming months.
