I would love if games stopped using the VA's faces for the characters they voice. It feels so lazy to me. You could have created an entirely new character with a face no one else has, and instead you turned it into one more character that is associated with that actor's face.

My only exception is extremely uncommon, such as in Alan Wake where it is *a* real face, but it's not the VA's face, and it's done because there's live action video included in the gameplay. Stuff like recent Resident Evil remakes, Death Stranding, Until Dawn, that sort of thing.
