Vital viewing for Chris Morris fans.
So Philip Glass just joined TikTok. He only has like 4 posts and they’re simply him in what I assume is his living room playing the piano. First comment on one I saw was “your piano is too close to the fireplace, you’ll dry it out” and if that’s not the internet in a nutshell I don’t know what is.
Me too!

Guy on the phone on this bus, jovially agreeing with his boss for quite a while. He's exhausted the word "absolutely" and has just said "Indeed! Indeed!"
My uncle drank it and I thought they were his friends.
i think it would be cool if enya came out of her castle, recorded exactly one note-perfect 25 minute hardcore LP, and immediately secluded herself again
So far the war in Iran has cost an estimated $5.5 billion.
That's roughly $1 billion per day.

$11,574 per second.
People do not want this.
They want a living wage. They want healthcare. They want to be able to afford a home. They want their basic needs met.
Wow!
such a power move to start the hymn Jerusalem with "and". All these other hymns are like "ooh hallelujah" and "ahh almighty" but Jerusalem's just like "WE'RE MIDWAY THROUGH A CONVERSATION ABOUT ANCIENT FEET. GET ON BOARD"
Ghosts don't sleep & therefore find it very interesting when human go to bed. This is fine and it is good for them to be curious about the living. Unfortunately, if they let themselves be seen, humans find them incredibly intrusive & creepy, which ruins their attempts at sleep, & angers the ghosts!
An acrylic painting of super-deformed robin. A small bird, with orange face and belly, greyish-brown back and wings. Its underbelly and top of the head are grey. More or less. It's looking at something with pleading eyes. Because it wants more SEEDS.

Ken Trodd was such a huge force in TV drama. He’ll be forever missed. Here he is about to tackle a Knickerbocker Glory at The Delaunay in May 2019.

Morning! Have any folks here had a dental implant or a bridge? Feel free to DM me if you like.
Veggie biryani FTW.
Heard an advert today reminding people that you can't claim UC, for unemployment or sickness, if you live with a partner who's earning.
I know this isn't new, but it's so regressive. Even if your partner has the capacity to support you, to make someone financially dependent on a partner is gross.

A small black-capped chickadee reaches its head deep into the hole of a hanging log bird feeder, to reach suet in the back. The bird’s tail has a definite curve to the left.
I noticed today that one of our three resident chickadees has a crooked tail. Not sure if it’s Taylor, Tyler or Trogdor – the names my daughter and I bestowed on them a couple of winters ago. #birds
