@nichelle02.bsky.social Happy Birthday!! I hope that you are having a great day!
Interesting! Thank you!!
@thekenchilds.com Watching St. Moritz luge and I have a random question. Do you know what they do with the track as spring arrives? Do they just let the snow/ice melt as it is, or do they knock it down first? I have no idea why I care, but I am just feeling curious right now.
I have no doubt of that!
That is very, very cool!
Also very happy for Kaillie! But gold for Elana is so freaking cool!!
@thekenchilds.com Oh my gosh, I finished Monobob after avoiding spoilers and I am crying. So, so, so happy for Elana!!!
Little chocolate cocker spaniel with a blue collar curled up tight on a cream colored blanket.
This is cuddly little Bear (she is also crazy and barks too much, but she is much cuter when cuddling!).
How adorable! We had a Saint when I was little (I am AARP eligible now), who seemed to think that I was her little baby. Beautiful dogs!
Thank you Carlos. I didn't want to have to watch that guy in another Australian Open Final.
Yeah, we've had ICE out here in Tom Emmer country too. People were posting their locations and times. It is just absurd.
Never ever ever underestimate MN (unless itβs our menβs pro sports teams. If you bet on their playing disappointing you, youβre probably gonna be correct.)
This my city. #ICEOUT
Chocolate cocker spaniel standing on snow staring out at frigid winds.
Bear decided to let the weather know what she thinks about it by standing outside and barking at the wind...
Cocoa was a very beautiful and sweet dog, if you are referring to the profile picture. Her successor, Bear, as seen in my pinned post, is all trouble, but also very cute and sweet : )
I am so sorry Keri! That is so painful.
Finally watched this tonight. I am just amazed that this can happen and Friedrich still ends up in the medals. That doesn't seem like it should be possible.
Uff. That sucks.
@thekenchilds.com You should probably check out Jeopardy today...
I was there! I swear, I really was, with two guys that I work with. We were in the upper deck on left field, and a guy came running in from the concourse, and absolutely chucked (pun intended) a hot dog toward the field (not to be confused with the people throwing batteries).
Wow.
Till I got to this. I feel much better after reading the whole explanation. I was beginning to think I hallucinated the 2nd heat π
So glad you wrote this! I am just starting the 3rd heat, and I was so freaking confused why Lochner was in 2nd, and then they mentioned that the 2nd heat was canceled, and I was even more confused, since I watched it. So I went to your feed, scrolled down to avoid spoilers, and then went backwards
I just finished watching the skeleton team competition & the 2-man & monobob. I had managed to avoid spoilers, and oh my gosh, that was so fun! Austin & Mystique getting gold was so exciting. Great job by Del Duca too. And Kaysha getting gold & Elana getting bronze is so freaking fun!
I think they are still good. Computers still love them. But it would be nice if they could be consistent the rest of the way, to close out conference play & the conference tourney.
I did not need to be reminded of that π
Go! Please.
Yay for bronze! Gold would, of course, be awesome. But so is Bronze. Americans winning a medal in sliding sports is always cool.
This is nightmare fodder.
Why is it so hard for some people to pick up after their dog on public paths?
