Feel free to ask anything. If you don't use a USB mic, standard Shure SM58 is great and works with those interfaces
Sweetwater is great, lots of no interest for years options on there (don't dig yourself a how though).
For audio interfaces, MOTU, Focusrite, Universal Audio all make great products. Standard expectation would be one with 2 channels

For multitrack I'd recommend Reaper. Its free for 60 days, then its $60 but you can keep using it for free. You'll probably also want an audio interface which appear to run for around $200 to plug your instruments into.
I use FL Studio for my software ($200, free updates for life).
Gamepass going to $30 a month is unaffordable for me. Pretty bummed about that.
