Forum shopping is deemed totally unethical, a violation of an attorney's oath, with offending parties harshly sanctioned. Some steadfastly honor this code, as others aggressively seek more favorable courts, abiding by no standards of decency or fair play. Yet another way the #ruleoflaw takes a hit.
We've got this. Maybe just another trite phrase like, it is what it is. But also a nice reassurance that faith itself is something to behold, even without all the detail. And we know, for most unjust actions that unfold, a kind pendulum swing is on the horizon, that'll gently soften the concern.

It's not enough to randomly call out disturbing events, sure we need that too. But primarily, there must be a calendared gameplan for doing what the branches & media are not. A shadow panel of new leaders that goes live daily (not the old re-treads), taking sworn testimony from victims & families.

When a party and surrounding media dwell on something that didn't go well, restating that the status is bleak, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. The more useful credo is, we're taking great steps, momentum is strong, and it shall be. Ol' fashioned enthusiasm is highly contagious.
