This was in regards to the 6 problematic chars specifically. Yah Phobos is definitely the easiest for sure, also very easy to land the throw on with how massively slow his jump is. Hardest outside the 6 problematic ones are probably Sasquatch himself and Pyron imo.
Normally to get the easier version on them (minus gallon who's a pain no matter what) you space yourself away when starting the dash combo, but ofc when you're trying to loop it, you're going to be close by.

Think i figured out how to do the Sasquatch dash in combo (and thus the loop, though I can't execute that part yet) on Felicia, Morrigan, Lei-Lei, Aulbath and Zabel. Still haven't figured it out on Gallon, he's got his own caveats (but I have seen it on him). Aulbath feels easiest and LeiLei hardest
