You can only design for so many failure scenarios, and if your adversary is properly equipped to fuck shit up, your backup strategy has to be impossibly solid.

There are limits to this stuff.

A major problem with relying on Cloud is that risk concentrates to the Cloud data centers.

Imagine if a properly equipped adversary wanted to disrupt your infrastructure, then a coordinated attack on numerous Cloud data centers is where they would focus their kinetic attacks.

I'd give some leeway for folks that worked on it before 2025, but anyone that kept working on it after that can answer to it
