I use clip studio paint (just checked that one should be able to get it on android too) but it costs actual money. Before that I used Medibang paint, and I liked it too. I hope to see your daughter's art soon!

It's a piece of text the poster can add so that those who are e.g. on the spectrum of blindness (not sure of the right term) can get a hunch of what's pictured. It's especially good when people post comics or photos with text edits. ^^
