I understand the sentiment, but with PEN mostly being supplemental/reprint set I don't mind there being no lore. In fact, we actually got some interesting lore tidbits from flavour text and digital reveal tiles from that set. I do think they need to hit it out the park for this set and MON 3.
The most interesting lore tidbit so far from OMN:

For sure! I definitely think we need mostly draft sets, but having sets like PEN every year and a half or so is great to help break up the regular release schedule. Hoping this trend continues!
This is what I missed when we lost supplemental sets - fun, wacky cards for every class that change the way you think about and play the class.
PEN is looking awesome. I'm totally down for more supp sets in the future, especially with the amount of good commons and rares we are getting for SAGE 😍
I'm guessing there will be cards that buff Guardian equipment specifically? 🤔
Ok, SURELY there are other cards that interact with this that make it better than Null Rune Hood.

There must be something about the Deathmatch Arena that makes LSS refuse to release lore for heroes from there... 🤔
