Trying a full force diet change, got an app that actually helps me mange what Iβm putting in the tank, I did a lot of figuring out, my rest caloric burn that my body does per day is ~1650 calories, with the gym and how much I go, conservatively that number jumps to 2550. Letβs see what I can do π
Back from mff, already back to the gym, trying to hit the ground running especially with not going during mff π© itβs just too difficult to upkeep during the con still though got this and so many other s-teir photos cheffing them up soon π
Post gym today
This week Iβve been trying to change up how I workout, before I would do my max weight for 10reps 3x but I switched to doing medium weight for roughly 100sets 5x of 20 so far Iβve found the overall burn Iβve been feeling is a LOT more potent.
Tbh I think I might just make this account more of like my gym progress acc. And showing my ideas and where Iβm at.
This is my yesterday, doing perfect form workouts for mff trying to get that max lean.
