Why do people keep doing this? Invent a strategy and then impute it to Trump?

There’s nothing new about the neocon plan to dominate the Middle East and thereby control oil supplies. It dates back decades and has nothing to do with Trump. If they keep whispering it in his ear and he takes the bait…

The 2027–2035 Tipping Points That Reshape Global Energy - A data-driven look at the 2027–2035 tipping points reshaping global energyβ€”solar, wind, storage and the path toward a post-fossil power system.

Been working on this methodology since last year. Not vibesβ€”arithmetic. I mapped capacity, firming & generation crossovers using real build rates, duration assumptions & utilisation compression. Cost curves β†’ capacity tips β†’ firming tips β†’ generation tips. The system math is visible. #Bettrification

In coal country this battery didn't stand a chance A community battery project three years in the making, run by a local not-for-profit and backed by the council, was killed after a spark of misinformation about its fire risk was ignited.

The reserve dismissal power would I think require a unanimous vote.

I recall a version of this that I liked which included a representative of various communities like (at least) one scientist, one artist, one business representative, one from the charitable/not for profit sector.

seat on the Council. I’m still debating how we’d balance it - some kind of gender balance would be helpful, with Indigenous representation and some other considerations valuable as well.

I’m still weighing up which decisions might just require a simple majority of the Council, or a unanimous vote.
