I wrote a little piece about how awesome The Living Dead Museum is in Pittsburgh and why horror fans should see it.

Quick question: is it appropriate to describe bread that wasn't toasted as 'raw'?
Just misspelled 'restaurants' three times, three different ways, before finally switching it to 'places to eat.' How's your day going?
Hope your beautiful Pittsburgh Saturday is going as well as mine!
Accepting that I’m here for a good time, not a long time based solely on my love and continued consumption of chili dogs.
My kids have discovered swear words. They think it’s hilarious when I say a “bad word” that’s technically okay (like shiitake mushrooms).
Last night my oldest tried to invent his own safe version… and proudly announced “fuck-zillion,” which, for the record, is neither a real word nor a real number.
Made a new friend last night. Introduced him to new friends. Found him a new home.
Post flu recovery lunch.
Friday night on the Kansas plains.
A long, but great read on #LetsGoPens captain Sidney Crosby from Sportnet's @sonnysachdeva.bsky.social:

You’ve heard of the Pittsburgh parking chair, now get ready for the Pittsburgh parking walker.
A few thoughts -- OK a bunch really -- based on this KDKA story on Kevin Acklin's frustration that efforts to "save the Post-Gazette" are being stymied by the seeming disinterest of its owners, the Block family...

Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is to Game of Thrones what Andor is to Star Wars: a complete tonal and thematic 180 that somehow works. It’s almost unbearably wholesome and a hell of a lot of fun. See it!
Am I a 36 year old man eating his lunch watching the muppet show while my kids are in school? Yes. Do I feel any shame? Not enough so that I won’t post about it online.
Sir Ian McKellen performing a monologue from Shakespeare’s Sir Thomas More on the Stephen Colbert show. Never have I heard this monologue performed with such a keen sense of prescience. Nor have I ever been in this exact historical moment.TY Sir Ian, for reaching us once again.

In college I accidentally followed a Facebook page called “Steve.”
That’s it. Just “Steve.”
I graduated in 2012. For the past 15 years or so it has posted essentially the same thing: the word “Steve,” occasionally dressed up with a different background.
I think it might finally be breaking people.

Man you really inspired me. Buffalo chicken in the crockpot over here as we speak. Glad I logged on this morning.
I love that we're all just sitting here thinking about how great slow cookers are. Wonderful way to kick off the day. Pulling mine out of the cupboard as we speak.
Why is this the first thing I see when I open Instagram? I thought we were getting another foot of snow.
My son Jack and I are going to be in a production of the Wizard of Oz in April! He's a munchkin and I'm Dorothy's Uncle/Oz Guard. Tickets are on sale now for all Yinzers who dig live theater/nostalgia etc...us.patronbase.com/_L...

I went once in College. We left in the middle of the night to get there right when the Groundhog was going to make his proclamation. We were surrounded by people that had been drinking all night. They screamed "Kill/eat the Groundhog!" when Phil said there was more winter to come
Tradition!
I know I’m not the first to say it but it feels like it needs to be said again and probably more often: Season five of Mad Men is likely the best season of television ever made.
