Zoning Changes that will receive a vote at Boulder City Council 1/9/25 enables some increase in the # of res. units per lot. But it DOES NOT increase the mass or scale or height or square footage of the total buildout that is permitted on that lot. You can comment to Council here.

I agree, but re housing. We support density in cities to make cities more urban so that wild places can retain their wildness, without encroachment from suburbs and exurbs.
