As someone in healthcare: having the most expensive healthcare system in the world carrying your economy (while providing worse outcomes than the rest of the developed world) is not a recipe for any sort of success. Unsustainable.

Everything the government does is eroding in quality, which is the point of laying off hundreds of thousands of government employees
Yeah; the quality of everything our government does is eroding. Very badly.
Because that’s the point of mass layoffs of career civil servants. The plan here is to make everything the government does worse- except the security apparatus (but they’re screwing that up too 🤷🏻♂️)

We have to have a reset- the NYT and WaPo are not left leaning, or even centrist papers. They are pro-oligarch, pro-Trump (or at least “go easy” on Trump) outlets. ProPublica. The Guardian. NPR/PBS. Independent journalists. They are who to turn to

We played around with one asking it to summarize a pts antimicrobial course. It missed 2 weeks of cefepime; asked it “what about the cefepime?”- it said “you’re right, I missed that. Here is a corrected antibiotic history including the cefepime”. Not interested in being a proofreader 🤷🏻♂️
