Im Nov. stand ein Sachbearbeiter bereits das dritte Mal vor M.s Haustür. Er behauptete, auf ihren Kontoauszügen seien keine Abbuchungen für Lebensmittel zu sehen. M. erklärte, dass sie ab und zu Lebensmittel von ihrer Mutter & Schwester erhält. Kurz darauf wurde ihr Regelsatz um 193 Euro gekürzt.

nice, thanks! I did come across the Monnet paper but didn't know there was a whole issue on it.
more than 24 hours later, in patras. only one change in mode of transport away from athens. the ferry was late, meaning that the 2 hours budgeted in to get from the port to the bus terminal weren’t enough. nice 30 min walk still. (local bus was delayed and i didn‘t want to gamble on it coming still)
navigating a port as a foot passenger is very confusing and despite having 6 hours between my train arriving and the ship leaving i was pretty stressed and happy i made it to the right terminal. still enough time for 1-2 macchiatos, reading a bit, staring into the distance in the mid-day heat haze
this morning i took the train from bologna to ancona, where I am currently waiting for the ferry to patras. To bologna (where i spent a week since it was sort of on the way) it was 11 hours by train, 13 after factoring in german train delays.

Rüstung verdrängt Klima - nicht nur in der Debatte und beim Geld, sondern vielleicht auch bald beim Buhlen um Fachkräfte. Ich hab mir angeschaut, wo die Aufrüstung dem Klimaschutz entgegensteht, und in einigen Berufen wird es knapp.
