I addressed the frontispiece somewhat in passing in a paper I presented on Tabula Cebetis illustrations in honor of Bert Hall's retirement. A published festschrift never happened, so I don't have a formal version of it, but if it's useful, it wouldn't take me much time to fill in the gaps in it.
