I keep wondering how the people who insist these models are conscious somehow think it’s OK to use a consciousness as a tool and that it’s not slavery.

Bottled human decision-making, by converting human acts of perception and description into data via effective slave labor, that can be replayed for first-world elites who have given up on thinking themselves.
