Robotic femboy character concept I've been sitting on for over a year, finally realized. He's from 1940s (post-war) Morocco, though he was dismantled a few days after becoming a machine.
Luckily Hazim was carefully restored, reassembled, and reactivated in the 2020s by Bethany and Jennifer.
