Bye DIA π
This moron has no idea how much of a third rail this is. If he goes through with a public fight with Dunkin he will never live this down. In the words of my people "fuck ya motha."
With my kid squirming in one arm, I put a teabag in the pot and read the inspired marketing on its package, βThis moment is just for youβ
And I chuckle
February 28th in Arvada, CO and it hasnβt dropped below 50 all night
Denver Mayor Mike Johnston issued an executive order directing city police to intervene during clashes involving federal immigration officers, saying that local law enforcement has a duty to protect peopleβs civil rights and provide aid to the cityβs residents.

My hot take is that ChatGPT will take the same trajectory as wikipedia, which used to be scorned before it became a respected source.
I kinda have no problem with someone saying "I asked ChatGPT" - Respect for being transparent vs every other person/service regurgitating AI output behind a front
I believe these are the rankings for Strongest Atlantic Hurricanes now. Melissa moves up one notch to tie #1 for winds & remains tied #3 for pressure. www.accuweather.com/en/hurricane...
56 degrees at 10pm. This is the dumbest winter Iβve ever experienced.
Turns out we're not all going to die after all
The "fuck it" equivalent of an Oklahoma-sized severe warning for a QLCS.
Starting to question, should people even try living here anymore, or is this the same as buying a house below sea level in New Orleans.
With the inaccuracies in snowfall measurements, flaws and inconsistencies in practices, and limitations from drifting, itβs hilarious that we record it at a tenth inch precision.
You crushed the forecast
This aged poorly
I'm sure you'll all be thrilled to learn that in the last 24 hours, Providence has seen nearly triple Denver's *seasonal* snowfall (32.8" vs. 13.4")
This is the darkest timeline. Share your wealth New England!
Central Park easily getting their 4th or 5th biggest snowstorm on record
USA took gold in the lesser known winter Olympic event of blizzard prediction
This is really proving to be an historic blizzard from Philly to NYC to Providence to Boston
Let me repeat myself - Iβm jealous of anyone with any precipitation AT ALL.
This should work out very well, with the pivoting band just on the eastern edge of Tomerβs outline over New Jersey. Details like the small moat in totals is depicted perfectly, and could end up near NYC and western LI.
And meanwhile SNE is just getting raked.
Weather community: We should get away from using deterministic forecasts.
Also weather community: 2-32β possible.
I think we need to figure out why some of the most accessible maps to the public also have some of the most ridiculous output. Not blaming any one org. But thatβs problematic.
I'm so jealous of places that get precipitation.
Like not just these amazing nor'easters and other storms.
Just, simply, precipitation.
Still processing how much of a failure this forecast was for anyone who takes the ECMWF over the GFS.
So, all of us.
Potential red flag was the AIFS leaning toward GFS from the beginning
No acrostic? No hidden messages? I expect more. π
For real, congratulations! Looking forward to reading more of your discussions!
If the current model consensus stands, this is going to be a heck of an I95 snowstorm.
And a big win for the GFS.
If you do one thing today, make it be watching this interview with James Talarico www.youtube.com/watch?v=oiTJ...
Typical mid-February stuff
