two 2-week-old tiny dark brown eastern cottontail kits and one has their pink tongue sticking out. They are under a bench and there's green salmonberry foliage. These 2 are very special bunnies. Along with their 3rd sister, they are Agate, Ruby, and Topaz...3 babies that stayed in our yard and had babies here the following spring (2024). Agate ended up moving across the street to a farm where she could be queen in late spring because her sister Ruby was queen here. And still is! Ruby and Topaz are both still here and getting ready to have babies this spring! You can see these kits and their mama Peanut in the video in comments.
