a fun fact is i actually never voted for him for senate and yeah i probably would’ve over dr oz but i was living in israel working at a peace advocacy group at the time and my absentee ballot showed up after the election 🫠 sooo not my fault and also i was right !!

the second half of the time i’m in italy my goal is to find my own white dress (graduation) but i will also be keeping that to myself

i’m so glad i realized only 16 hours before i leave for the trip where part of it is going to an engagement/bachelorette thing that 99% of the cute nice tops i own are white….. i’m gonna go out on a whim and say it will not be appreciated if i show up in those

florence banning outdoor dining in piazze is so crazy to me (& another reason i feel justified in being anti-florence) the whole cultural point of a piazza is to be a pedestrian community hub for gathering, dining, people-watching etc... why are we caring how hard it is to drive a car in it

this summer i celebrated my cousin’s daughter’s 10th birthday in a bomb shelter and all i could think was i spent so many birthdays there too. growing up with war and red alerts as “normal” should not have been normal for me and it shouldn't be for her. I don't think we should be making light of it.

i saw: “moving my newborn’s crib into the bomb shelter bc my country cares so much about freeing the women of iran that we are willing to put even ourselves at risk!!” please if you genuinely think netanyahu cares about iranian, or frankly israeli, civilians you’re actually deluding yourself.
