It's time for us all to challenge power & wealth and that massively includes Farage.
What has helped me - I drink a glass of water before I get up. I drink a full glass every hour during the day, often more. More salt. Salt on everything. Salty snacks. A battery operated handheld fan. Actually I have two! Leg exercises, like the kind you do on a plane, which you can do lying down.
