This time I'm having them soaking in Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce. Which has all of the foundational ingredients for a karaage marinade.

I'm going to dredge these wings in corn starch and see how it goes!

The military and the American Indian community have a very deep relationship & it is as complex as it is deep. American Indians serve in the military at a much higher rate per capita & it is not just because of the extreme poverty, though that is a contributing factor as well.

This potential draft is going to disproportionately affect American Indians, & AGAIN we are the community no one talks about when new policy like this gets tossed around. Once again, OUR communities are going to get torn apart by this. It is going to be hardest for us to fight back against.

Originally my post was just an observation I've noticed. Where someone preaches about standing for necessary social justices while also being flat-out abusive to everyone in their social circles.

I think that's the case with anyone who claims the moral high ground as justification for horrible behavior.

Horrible behavior is still horrible behavior, even if you claim to be for a good cause.

Some people can still be right about something. But you want absolutely nothing to do with them because they're just an asshole.

For the record, I'm not even Christian, my OP was a joke about the hypocrisy of mega churches and making fun of religion to begin with.

I get yelled at for saying this but for many hundreds of years people went to university not to get diplomas or be employable but because immersion in the humanities was considered foundational to a good life, and school must return to its original purpose: the joy of learning.

My riff was Jesus being an anarchist who whipped rich people. That's it.

Sometimes it's clear that nobody is going to listen or give you an ounce of respect.

Once they start spamming, harassing, and not even taking a moment to think? Fuck em.

Furry can be very liberating
but it's a community that is predominantly cis gay men, With some who have no issue with showing that they sincerely do not want women around or throw around casual misogyny. Loving women also means standing up to this bullshit.

Moreover. Some of these idiots would rather set themselves on fire than have an adult conversation.

Or better yet, simply leave someone alone and focus on improving their own miserable lives.

It's hilarious and kind of pathetic when you know someone is being manipulative and passive aggressive. The best thing you can do is just not engage and let them run around in circles.

Stand back, observe, and eventually they'll start setting themselves on fire.
