Have you ever wanted to know more about some of the lesser known women in Greek myths?

In the process of writing #Helen🏺, I encountered many such women. Sometimes, I wrote down fragments to better understand them, even in the case of Aphrodite who's actually pretty well served.

That could also be time spent training your body and your brain making the connections that it is safe to move in that particular way.
I am a better dancer now, not because I've had kids, but because I have spent time moving my body deliberately and learning that it's ok and safe.

These classes draw from the Salimpour format and class composition, including core movements and Salimpour step vocabulary. Donna Eileen is a Foundational Licensed Instructor, approved to guide you through the Level 200 information in the Salimpour Format.

Goal: prep for my recital by doing now than nothing ✅️
Ran my show. Revised some choreography. Got my nails done.
