Update unfortunately it died overnight of suspected bird flu💔😭
She was clearly paddling and later was joined by the male and she did get upright again. We checked a bit later and didn't see her but the male was further down the stream building a nest so hopefully everything crossed that it was just labour pains.
Saw this yesterday don't think this is normal Swan behaviour, we did report it hopefully it isn't serious. The male has been nest building so maybe she is going into labour?
