😱😢
Read this article. Best thing I read all day 😭 Campy designing Jonas' pants. Plans within the team for how a teammate were to rip them off him during the race 🤣 😭 Epic story

Ah I just read it 🤣 And this part omg "To be ready for the final as quickly as possible, Jonas' shorts had been cut in half so a teammate could rip them off right away. But when it was time to take them off, no teammate was there. So we decided to cycle to the finish line with the shorts on" 🤣
What seriously 🤣
🇩🇰 Vingegaard calm in the eye of the storm on 'crazy day' at 🇫🇷 Paris-Nice
“Maybe you can call me a trendsetter with the long pants, but there was just no time to take it off.”

Learned from the best 😭♥️
Endless options
Those childless dudes could never do clothes layering in cold weather like my goat 😇 they would stand no chance
Jonas Vingegaard winning by layering clothes correctly. Such a dad move 😭
Will prescribe it to my 9 year old ADHD patients from now on. Should work
No. Actually not a bad fit for children's psychiatry, where I currently work 😭🤣
Jonas: "Maybe you can call me a trendsetter with those pants" 😭
So precious
Will up to work in overalls and bike helmet tomorrow. Nothing less will do
Okay day for Danish cycling 😱
I will never forget that gorgeous sight
Jonas cold weather buff unlocked 😭
We will get beautiful celebration pictures with those overalls Jonas 🤣😍🙈
Goooo Jonas 😍🤯‼️
Yeah definitely! Could be fireworks if we have a proper GC battle at this point 👏
Oh I have been, just not here😂 But omg that was EPIC!
No, you wouldn't think so 😅 If they go full gas, I doubt Jonas has piganzoli there either. I guess it's GC leaders alone at that point, so that should be fun
Point was, again, Jonas at this time of the year, in this stage of his prep, pre-altitude, hasn't been overly impressive in the past editions. We might see that again this year = he might need those 10 seconds here and there, more than he needs Piganzoli in the GC. That's it
If we go by the last P-N's and Jonas' performance there, that's just another argument for Jonas needing all the time he can get though.
We'll see.
It's still not a route where you can expect to gain a lot of time if you're pretty evenly matched. Especially if stages get shortened. And I think they might be pretty evenly matched. I hope they're not. But I don't see any reason to underestimate Ayuso vs Jonas who hasn't even been at altitude.
It could be! But maybe not if they could've gone 10-15s faster today without him. I think that's a bit of a gamble at least
Fuck TV2. I complained about a tiny part of their coverage and got a DM straight from Vinjebo today 😂
And that's all fine and good, but with this route + allegedly(!) stages/finishes that risks being shortened etc, I really don't think they can afford to "waste" any potential time gain, even 10s
Again, if they did, I still think it's being overconfident and a strange priority.
Ah, makes sense 👍
