If I read a story about how BrewDog slaughtered Scotland's last known unicorn herd for a one-off beer, then sold that beer in the actual unicorn horns, I wouldn't be shocked. 🍺🦄
I'm very much enjoying this clip of Scottish rugby captain Sione Tuipulotu, hoping for a hug from Princess Anne, as he picks up the Auld Alliance Trophy after Scotland's amazing 50-40 victory over France! 🏴🏉 #AsOne
What a game that was! Well done Scotland. 🏴🏉 #AsOne
I know the best places to nap. The best. I’m very good at naps, believe me. In fact, I know napping better than probably anyone.
This is amazing. It's the Star Trek: TNG theme but it's coming from the Enterprise-D. Very clever but also hilarious. #StarTrek youtu.be/dSlGxtOTbbI?...
The sun sets on The Shore, Leith. #Leith #WaterOfLeith #Pixel9Pro
The temperature might only be 5℃ but if the sun is shining you can be sure that there will be some Scots out drinking beer in it! 🍻😎 #Leith #Pixel9Pro
There needs to be a word in English for persistent mild vexation. Like ennui but for being in a continual state of irritability. Maybe that is just ennui.
I see what you did there!
Holy heck. It's unreal how every single day there seems to be new footage of Mr Trump failing to enunciate basic words
I'll wager that Mr Trump refuses to have uncommon names spelled out phonetically for him as he'll perceive that as some kind of weakness. Instead he just comes across as an ignorant fool. It took me seconds online to find out how to pronounce Magouyrk correctly.
I don't know anything about Ms. Mace, or her apparent beef with Tim Walz, but speaking to him like he's a naughty child comes over as horribly patronising.
Has anyone considered putting an actual goat in charge? Worth a try at least.🐐
Mr Trump seems to be getting worse.
Mr Trump does seem to be getting worse. You're right though, he's never been much of a linguistic virtuoso.
Person of Interest has a great cast and writing, and while it can be watched as a case-of-the-week procedural, there are satisfying story arcs that run across and through all five seasons. 3/3 #PersonOfInterest
Person of Interest is a little high-concept, but given that it first aired back in 2011, it was ahead of its time and is now incredibly prescient in the current age of AI and surveillance. 2/3 #PersonOfInterest
Person of Interest promo image. Carter, Root, Finch, Reese, Fusco, and Shaw stand in a moody cityscape. The title of the show appears in white letters with a stylised yellow box around the word 'of'.
One of my all-time favourite TV shows, Person of Interest, has landed on Netflix. If you've never seen it, I sometimes describe it as the best Batman show on TV that doesn't actually feature Batman. Imagine if Bruce Wayne and Batman were two different people. 1/3 #PersonOfInterest
It's super weird to watch Mr Trump break down, and lose the ability to form coherent sentences, in real time.
The war Mr Trump said would never happen in the first place.

This is the sort of thing that AI is quite useful for. The proof of that though is whether ChatGPT is correct in guessing that the story described is Second Ending by James White, first published in 1961 in New Worlds magazine.
It's clear that Donald Trump cannot be trusted in any way.
Essentially: 'more brave Americans will die. Tough luck, them's the breaks'. Pretty scummy.
I re-watched Kong: Skull Island this evening. It's daft nonsense but great fun to watch. Jordan Vogt-Roberts has a keen eye for action, I hope is Metal Gear Solid film still happens.
I don't think I've ever seem Mr Trump look more unhealthy than he does in these images.
Netflix might be the real winner here. I feel that ownership of Warner Bros. may turn out to be something of a poison chalice for Paramount Skydance.
The new series of Black Mirror, brought to you by Burger King. 'The robot says you're not happy enough at your minimum wage job, why is that'? Grim.

Great interview with Alex and Geddy in The Guardian. Nothing earth shattering or new but it's always good to be reminded of their close friendship. #Rush

I'm not entirely certain why Warner Bros. put itself up for sale in the first place but I feel that Paramount Skydance have bullied their way into buying it.
