Unfortunately, #MarkRutte doesn’t have much credibility. He goes around warmongering and asking for increased military expenses, when I recall clearly his attitude towards common debt reforms and spending in the EU being one of the main culprit of the raise of nationalism across Europe.
This absolutely needs to be a campaign. The UK and the EU (Germany especially,) need to get all government business OFF of X. Start with that and charities and other organizations will follow.

Hearing #alarm sirens in #Hamburg is scary. So far it only happened during exercise but tonight they rung a few times. No other warning systems, so it’s likely a flood danger due to weather. But WTF. I’m thinking to everyone who lives with these sounds constantly going on.

Today all Italy is blocked to manifest against the #genocide in #Palestine and the hypocrisy of our governments in allowing it. One of the most beautiful banners I’ve seen reads “be quiet when the kids sleep, not when they die”.
My #album is dedicated to them, to all the #refugees and to everyone who #migrate and has to face the “Journey”. And his is the link to the missing migrant project: missingmigrants.iom.int
The other was the story of Samia Usuf Omar. I did remember of this athlete in the Olympic games in Beijing in 2008, but I only read her story recently, in a book that was very difficult to read.
One was the story of Alan Kurdi. You may all remember this, the photo of the kid that looked like he was sleeping peacefully on the shore. Alan Kurdi was 2 years old at the time, literally the age of my daughter.
When I wrote this album, I thought about two stories in particular that hit me the hardest.
This, together with the genocide in Palestine, the war in Ukraine and the general destabilisation of the middle-east and the climate changes particularly affecting the African continent.
It is also likely that the policies of taxes and duties of the Trump administration will force more people to try and find alternatives and move away from their countries.
When I completed the booklet for this new #record, the Missing #Migrant Project was accounting 32,698 people missing in the mediterranean sea alone. Today this number is 32,772 and this is in just 20 days. How many #refugees will have to day every day?
Considering the loss of humanity in #Gaza and in the world everywhere, I find it difficult to promote a glimpse of #art, it feels pointless. But this is an #album concerned with the very definition of #humanity, and it’s important to me. listen.music-hub.com/4oJCEY
