we’re trying to make it more accessible for developmental populations by building higher-level tools in Python (devstart.org/DeToX).
We can use LSL with the Brite, and sending triggers from Python is straightforward. I’m planning to extend DeToX so that it can also stream data directly via LSL.

I agree with Francesco regarding Tobii: it offers a lot of flexibility through its SDK interface (and no stickers!). I’m not sure how it compares to EyeLink, but I wouldn’t want to be locked into a proprietary experiment builder.
Out now in Science Advances! We find that infants estimate environmental volatility to learn optimally, with early individual differences linked to temperament. This has be so much fun to work on and ended up being my favourite personal paper! So excited it's out!
