When I predicted the insurrection before it happened, in late 2019, people told me “that would never happen. This is a civilized democracy.” I wish people would take me seriously when I say: Trump will not want to leave in 4 years.

You know, if I saw even one conservative - online or in real life - condemn Musk’s vile salute for what it was, or at least not defend it with their lives - maybe I would still have a shred of hope for humanity. But alas.
