I mostly liked it, but my enjoyment was based largely on Dreyfuss and DeVito, who I’m a sucker for. I can’t really call it “dated” (it’s a period piece) but I doubt anyone my age would ever call it a fave. I tend to find Barry Levinson’s movies fairly forgettable, and TIN MEN’s no different.

Hang out horror is Peter Bogdanovich’s TARGETS. I think you’d dig that one, especially if you’re a ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD fan.
I always go back and forth on JAWS being a horror film or a thriller film. But if it *is* horror, it’s also my No. 1. That said, I fucking love THE TINGLER. Your episode of @schlockandawe1.bsky.social helped introduce me to it (and William Castle in general).
