Iโve never said I wanted to be a content creator and dance like a monkey. Iโd rather spend my time and energy elsewhere. The only reason Iโm not deleting this IG account is because of you โค๏ธ the incredible, talented, creative people Iโve connected with here.
It feels like a giant pyramid scheme where a small percentage wins, the rest of us lose, and the bros get even richerโwhile our data is harvested and fact-checking is a thing of the past.
Iโm not sure I want to be part of this anymore. Do you?
Organic growth feels near impossibleโIโm constantly nudged to boost posts, push reels, or buy a blue badge, all designed to make us spend more.
I donโt expect things for free and I don't mind working hard to fulfill my mission to spread optimism, but honestly, Iโm tired of this relentless battle.
As it's nearly Valentine's Day, here is my love letter to you ๐ Iโm here to inspire and empower you but Instagram increasingly feels like not the place.
Iโm not here to perform, entertain, or play algorithm games just because some tech bros decided thatโs how engagement works.
