"Trail to the Buffalo" is a ledger art series by Aspen Decker (Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes)depicting the journey of the Spokane people to meet the Bitterroot Salish in today's Missoula. From here, both tribes continue eastward together on their seasonal buffalo hunt.
