I had a little trouble with the layout in my hero section in #webflow because I was using Flexbox on the wrong container. I added a new div block for my left and right div blocks that allowed me to use Flexbox correctly and, after a few nights of struggles. It is looking good!

Hello #webflow experts.. On my course video, the teach opens up the HTML and CSS to look at it by clicking the </> option at the top. But mine doesn't show that.
Could someone direct me to where I can find it now?

Classes.. I duplicated a button in #Webflow and all my changes were affecting the button I copied. UGH Frustrating.
Why?
They share the same class.
So the styling I was setting to that class was being added to both buttons. I assigned a new class to my ghost button.

Today I learned that the font weight in Figma are not numerical as in CSS on #webflow so I had to do little Googling to find out what numbers each font weight is.

Also, I learned how to add more fonts as on #figma there are many more to choose form in the list.
It has been a few rough nights with poorly #twins so studying has been very difficult.
I have had a quick go at studying #webflow tonight. But I am going to hit the hay early to try and get a few hours before one of the poorly little people want mummy.

A very simple start to building in #webflow this evening as I am exhausted. I added my first section, added a container for my H1, paragraph and buttons
Then, I played around with padding and margins got a feel for simple responsiveness. Looking very simple.

Thanks, Cory! I started like that when I first played in Figma on the course too. But I noticed by the end when he was telling me what to do, I didn't have to watch him, I could find it and do it 😍 Can't wait to have the same feeling with Webflow.

It was a walk-through with an example site to inspire me. I chose my own colour palette and images.

I think at first it seemed really overwhelming. But when my teacher showed how to use the ruler because the site doesn’t stick to a clear grid, that helped
And by the time i have created the nav bar and figured out how to create a button, things went much smoother 🥰
