Seeing all of the "we need to punch Nazis" rhetoric this week is making me reconsider bringing back some classic HEX storytelling. Not committing to it yet...but considering.
I used to GM a lot of games of Hollow Earth Expedition, a pulp-adventure ttrpg set in the 30s with lots of stock Nazi bad guys.
In 2016, I stopped using the Nazis as bad guys, because they were no longer fun bad guys from the distant past, but were back as the real ones.
How long does it take for the Bluesky algorithm to catch up with your interests? I specifically avoided selecting politics as an interest when signing up, yet every third post is a low-effort crappy political meme. I keep hitting "show less like this" and the difference is negligible 🫤
