Am on my own & a bit wobbly & my…ghost (300 yr old cottage,others have experienced things) just walloped a kitchen cupboard.I told it out loud to stop.It’s been plucking ukulele strings at 3am too.Feel privileged to witness it but also am a bit scared.Wish it wouldn’t do things when I’m knackered 👀

Valentine’s report: wrote difficult contrite email,big nap (bc autistic burnout) wrote for an hr,missed dinner bc no energy to cook),chilled with daughter for a while,bed. Didn’t get my muffin buttered BUT no dark thoughts & achieved some things.

As someone who’s rather cynical about romance atm I’ve just learned that St Valentine was also the patron saint of the plaque. May your buboes be blessed tomorrow. Maybe you could make them tiny hats 👍🏼. Good plan.
