Krafts and most of the #NERevs representation at the meeting departed after giving their presentation at the opening. We are now into full-on local community meeting stuff, replete with Everett Mayor Carlo DeMaria having a few spirited back and forths with his constituents.
Brian Bilello says the proposed stadium would seat between 23,000-25,000 fans #NERevs. Says the renderings that have been released are "by no means a final design"
Robert Kraft says that Everett Mayor DeMaria came to see them about the project initially. He also said that they "had people from outside Mass. who were trying to get us to move the team" in reference to the #NERevs

Yes, his top-down approach over the years (assuming, for example, that Bill Weld's word would be good enough) has been repeatedly shown to be a mistake. What's interesting is the refusal to even try that with Wu tho. If that's your go-to strategy, why not call the Boston mayor (as he did w/Walsh)?
