It seems as if many platforms actively fix the algorithm to make it almost impossible for anyone but large, well-funded marketing outfits to successfully reach their audience. Meta seems to be one of the worst offenders.

Being intentional and discrete is important. I've been *very* careful to never share more than a snippet or draft until I know that I can truly trust someone. When I do release my writing, I want it to be polished and prepared.

There are two great compliments when you have prepared food for someone, imho:

One, the beautiful silence of their getting so lost in enjoying what you've prepared that they can't pause to speak.

Two, when someone is moved to lick any part of the plate clean because they so thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yikes! SO sorry you live with that. I learned about them during the diagnostic process. They wanted to rule that out because in some ways they are very similar! Extreme pain out of nowhere in one place that is absolutely debilitating. These kinds of pain are beyond words, hence the struggle.

This week has reinforced the need to find time for joy.

I have been going on walks to enjoy the blooming flowers and nice weather. Game night is a go and I've been sharing Puppet History with my best friend, who has never seen it before.

I am sorry for both your dormmate and you! Cluster headaches are unique in their pain and in the ways they impact you. Neurological issues are so bizarre.

So sorry to hear that you deal with seizures. That is rough. They can be unpredictable and scary.

I am struggling to accurately describe the experience of cluster headache but unfortunately, that's one I need to figure out on my own. Feedback is extremely welcome right now. It's very important to get this right.
