We have Pizza Twist in Seattle. It’s one of my go-to places for pizza. However, you can’t build your own plant-based pizza on the website. You’re limited to one of the specified pizzas.

Right? It’s too warm in there.

Every time my husband and I cross there (with the pedestrian signal) we still look to make sure cars are slowing to a stop. We’ve seen too many drivers blow through red lights there and further up 23rd.

A plate of hummus, fried eggplant, dolmas, quick pickled cabbage, spice and roasted tofu, yellow rice, and flatbread.

Made everything on this plate except the flatbread and dolmas. All ingredients from Trader Joe’s. The thing in back center is fried eggplant.
