I'm reviving my 10 year old blog! It's a Hexo static site right now, and I don't feel the need to migrate to another static site generator. Anyone else use Hexo? Am I missing out on anything that I would get in another generator?

I send a thank you email to students at the end of the semester & a separate email to those who earned an A. Being a freshman is a BIG adjustment into young adulthood so seeing As makes me so proud. I also cherish thank you emails, keeps me motivated to keep learning and growing as a teacher.

I make my finals open notes/open browser. If that’s what we’re doing as professional developers, why can’t they?

And don’t get me started on how the average technical interview doesn’t allow access to those things 😩

I had to do that in 2020 to use DDR4 and my i9 processor upgrades 😅. My previous and very old build still had PS2 & serial ports tho 😂 Hoping I don't need anything else this time around!

That's my concern with my Titan Xp (gaming/some Unity stuff/data science). I've had it since 2017.

Been working hard on a demo for Ignite. Proud to say it’ll be my first public React project. Enjoying having the space to build lately. Looking forward to moving some other projects forward, definitely a confidence boost.

Happy to see so many new and familiar friends on here. I’m still in low spirits, so haven’t been engaging these past few days, but I’m coming home from a little vacation and had some time to regroup before heading out for MS Ignite next week.

Prepping for my intro to CS class and reviewing my lecture notes/slides. JS is always a tough part of the course so I got inspired to edit them for more clarity.

Would LOVE to take a mini instructional design course (2 weeks-1 month) to improve structure and manage the cognitive load.
