The same can be said for Astartes and you claim they have "more flavors". They're the exact same in variance - change the paint scheme and/or Detachment and they're something else. All Astartes are genetically modified superhumans with their only differences being their colors and Chaos allegiance.
You clearly don't if you're claiming the Sisters are simply one flavor. Get butthurt about being disagreed with and wrong all you want.
